Marion and Donnell have had a ton of changes recently. They bought a house (amazing, right?!), and got married in a small backyard ceremony. They wanted portraits to celebrate these accomplishments, with some to include their son T. 

Adventure sessions are perfect for when you value beauty, connection, and off-the-path destinations, and want images like these. Sometimes, a full adventure wedding doesn't fit into your plans, and that's okay. Taking place within 2 hours of Atlanta, adventure sessions give you nontraditional images on your own clock. We talk through what you're hoping for and find the perfect spot for your session. 

Knowing only that they wanted a really beautiful, natural space for their portrait session, they thought through location ideas I shared that fit their vision. Deciding on this waterfall location close to Atlanta, they trusted it would be just right as they'd never been to it before! And, they were SO happy surprised at the beauty when the day of the adventure came! A special experience, in a new special place. Nothing is better! 

These lovebirds wanted their son T to be in some images, and true to toddler form, he didn't want to let his parents out of his sight after that. No worries, his uncle kept him happy with chips as they followed us around. With portraits as a couple, and, as a family, they had an unforgettable afternoon.
